» hiatuses . We understand that it's tough to play for a whole year through without a single hiatus, and sometimes we just need to take a break. When you need some time off, let us know here! You can take up to one month on hiatus without mod approval; anything that may require a longer hiatus than that must be approved by the mods beforehand, though due to the short nature of the game, we may prefer that you drop if you will be hiatused for much longer than a month. While on hiatus, your characters will be exempt from compulsory death rolls, and if your hiatus lasts for longer than two weeks of the AC month, you will also be exempt from activity check for that month. This only applies to hiatuses on this post. Hiatuses that are posted to the OOC comm but not documented here will not be counted for exemptions, so make sure you make it official! Reply to this post with the following form, and please put HIATUS in the comment title. Please be aware that due to the nature of the game, the only type of hiatus available is to put your character on autopilot. In the case of extenuating circumstances that require you to be gone for longer than a month or that render you incapable of posting a hiatus preemptively, contact the mods as soon as possible and we'll do our best to work with you.
